After being on summer vacation I’m back to give you more door reviews! Thanks to the great people who have helped answer question about the best storm doors. It can be a complex installation if you’ve never installed a storm door. Today I want to review types of closet doors and prices.
As child we had a very small bedroom closet door that did not have the capability of sliding because it was standard for most houses. Now many closets have different and flexibility plus space. I remember my closet hanger rack falling because I had just too many clothes and not enough space. After time went by closet designs became better space wise. Walk-in closets and wall closets are pretty much today’s standard and it is a great improvement from to the past.
Just being able to walk around and find all of your clothes with space is great. Installing a walk-in closet if you do have an old closet can be difficult but not impossible. Changing your closet over from the old standard to a wall closet probably is a better choice however.
Below are the different types of closets in homes today:
- Walk-in Closet
- Bedroom Closet
- Bifold Closet Door
- Pantry Closet
- Coat Closet
- Linen Closet
- Utility Closet
- Wall Closet
- Water Closet
- Mirrored Closet Door
- Sliding Closet Door
- Accordion Doors
Storage shelves for closets are useful when trying to squeeze as much space as you can out of your closet. Also, over the door closet hangers, door shoe rack hangers and other medal shelves for clothing or shoes. Some of my friends even have shoe closet doors, which were once only seen by celebrities! Now it has taken a mainstream for many homes!
